CALLER: Prospecting Analyst

Requirements:

  • Level of Education: Degree in Business Administration/International Relations, or related.
  • Experience: min. 1 year performing the following duties in the Banking/Financial sector.

Duties:

  • Bring new prospects (AA, AAA COMPANIES) who are interested in acquiring financial services that Exitus can provide, adjusting to their needs.
  • Client cold calling, minimum experience of 6 months.
  • Make calls 100% Outbound.
  • Continuous customer follow-up.
  • Customer Support.
  • Completion of daily reports.
  • Achieve daily goal targets.
  • Good database management.
  • Cold search for new clients and good client profiling.
  • Collaborative work.

Credit Analyst

Requirements:

  • Level of Education: Bachelor of Administration, Actuary, Finance or related
  • Experience: min. 3 years performing the following duties in a SOFOM, Bank or Leasing Company

Duties:

  • Preparation of business or SME credit studies, including credit, leasing, factoring, etc.
  • Download of financial information
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Information management amongst different areas
  • Presentation of cases to credit committee
  • Monitoring of terms and conditions of credit contracts

Accounting Assitant

Requirements:

  • Level of Education: Bachelor of Accounting (In the process of graduating)
  • Experience: min. 2 years performing the following duties in the Banking/Financial sector

Duties:

  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Basic knowledge of local and federal taxes
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Attention to Internal and External Audits
  • Billing Preparation (CFDI’S)
  • Registration of business operations
